We are looking for a Key Accounts Administrator to join an international organisation, on a permanent basis, to support their National Account Management team in the running of their largest customer accounts

Job Description

We are looking for a Key Accounts Administrator to join an international organisation, on a permanent basis, to support their National Account Management team in the running of their largest customer accounts.

The role:

You will carry out all administrative tasks required to ensure smooth running of your allocated accounts' product orders, from order receipt through to delivery.
Using your customer service expertise, you will take ownership of any issues and work collaboratively with your colleagues in other departments to make sure these are resolved quickly and efficiently.
Priding yourself on delighting your customers, you will resolve issues whilst keeping a keen eye on costs and profitability of the accounts to remain within agreed targets
Review business processes regularly to highlight areas where improvements can be made and to make suggestions for this
Communicate regularly with account contacts to keep them up to date on order status or query resolution
Support the Senior Account Manager with any administration work required on your allocated accounts
Work to agreed KPIs to ensure all processes are delivered in a time-frame that exceeds the customer's expectations
This would suit someone with a good sales administration or internal account executive background, ideally from within the non-food consumer goods industry

To succeed in this vibrant, warm, friendly and personable business, you will:

Be fully computer literate, with good knowledge of computer systems such as MS Excel, Word, Powerpoint and Outlook, and have used various CRM and order management database systems
Have previous experience of working in a similar role such as a sales administrator or internal account executive position, ideally from within the non-food consumer goods industry
Have a polite and friendly telephone manner
Be driven to deliver the absolute best levels of customer service in the most efficient manner.
