Job Description

We are looking for an energetic and motivated individual to fill the Executive Assistant position. The Executive Assistant is responsible for operating CEO's day to day activities. We require an enthusiastic, energetic and committed professional as well as an intelligent and pro-active individual with excellent organisational skills to support his fast-paced and often spontaneous work schedule. You will need to be able to build a tight and transparent relationship working with our CEO and all aspects of his business life, honesty, integrity, trust and discretion are essential and valued.

The college offers face to face and live online courses to professionals who are looking to gain extra skills and qualifications in their field. The role comes with a base salary, annual bonuses, and pension. The role will have opportunities for promotion and professional growth within the company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administrate CEO's course unique numbers and registry
  • Answer the telephone and email enquiries
  • Deliver course schedules, lecture invitations, and feedback forms via our online portal
  • Approve invoices
  • Acting as first point of contact and on behalf of the CEO, fielding and responding to queries, dealing with day-to-day requests
  • Assist to the CEO on his workloads.
  • Coordinate with the lecturers if they require any support
  • Communicate with awarding bodies and government officials
  • Assisting with administrative requirements
  • Building effective relationships with internal and external parties.
