The Innovation Skills team manage the development, design and delivery of these programmes and build partnerships around the world to establish a strategic and practical response to learning and development needs.
About this exciting opportunity
This pivotal senior role will see our Director lead a team of 15 and have oversight of and be fundamental in a broad range of areas, including the design and development of new programmes and strengthening the team's effectiveness in delivery through supporting impact and scale. What we are looking for
You will be an experienced designer and systems thinker with a background in managing design-led initiatives and projects (including the development of online and digital tools) and have experience in using innovation practices across different sector contexts. An outstanding communicator, both verbal and written, you will also possess strong facilitation and presentation skills and have a proven record of building strong partnerships, winning bids and tenders, proposal writing and team management.
Excellent organisational abilities and experience of managing competing priorities and a busy workload are also vital, as is the ability to think strategically across a range of business areas.
