An exciting new opportunity for an Administrator/Receptionist has become available at a small, dynamic company based in Stockport. Supporting the wider team, you will be responsible for all of the administrative duties for the business.

Job Description

The position is temporary, however, there is potential for the right candidate to go permanent!

Administration experience preferred, but full training will be provided

Key duties and responsibilities:

Answer inbound and outbound phone calls

Provide support to the busy admin team

Organise and schedule appointments

Plan meetings and take detailed minutes

Manage a busy inbox, answering enquiries

Develop and maintain a filing system

Update and maintain office policies and procedures

Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers

Book travel arrangements when required

Submit and reconcile expense reports

Building and maintaining relationships

Provide general support to visitors

Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients
